What's included in your tariff?

Our prices include the cost of your journey and if applicable Central London Congestion Charge. Prices don't include Airport parking costs, various Toll charges or Ferry fees.

My Pickup/Destination location isn't listed on the booking form?

Select Other Locations and enter your Pickup/Destination in the boxed marked 'Others Locations'

What happens after I've booked a car?

Upon completion of your booking we provide a Booking Reference Number (BRN).
We then process your booking and e-mail you the confirmation details within 4 hours

I'm at the Airport, where do I meet your chauffeur?

Our chauffeurs always wait inside the terminal, next to the exit from Customs, displaying a board carrying our BCG Cockade.

My flight has been delayed, will I miss your chauffeur?

We monitor your flight to ensure that our chauffeur meets you on time, either when flights are late or early (We allow 30 minutes for baggage handling and Passport control to minimise parking and waiting time costs) However, please ring our office with any update information.

Can I change the original journey?

Yes, please ask us to quote for any alterations

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, providing you give us sufficient notice - see our full Terms & Conditions for more details

Can I smoke in your cars?

Sorry, we strictly observe a non-smoking policy in all our cars.

On Saturday 18th September 2004, we attended the 21st birthday of our Grand-Daughter in Clitheroe. Having had a wonderful afternoon and evening, we told that a car had been arranged to take us home at 9.15pm. Exactly on time, we were delighted to meet our lady chauffeur, Judith, immaculately dressed in full uniform and ready to take us on the journey from Clitheroe to our home in Cleveleys, in a comfortable, top of the range Mercedes.
